We represent SKODA, SEAT, CUPRA & SUZUKI within the heart of a capital city. As Sales Manager, youll work closely with our General Sales Manager to oversee and grow all aspects of our brand, ensuring alignment with manufacturer requirements and company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Sales Staff:Use your automotive retail experience to guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve success.
- Customer Care Excellence:Uphold the highest customer care standards in line with manufacturer and company expectations.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute plans that drive sales, meet financial targets, and enhance brand presence.
- Team Direction & Performance:Lead team activities, ensuring they adhere to sales strategies, budgets, and overall targets.
- Compliance:Ensure all sales activities adhere to FCA regulations and company guidelines.
- Coaching & Development:Provide ongoing training to your team to improve key areas such as customer satisfaction, prospecting, sales processes, time management, and product knowledge.

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
