In this role, you'll engage with customers via outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chats, helping them agree repayment plans and processing messages from partner organisations. You'll collaborate with your colleagues to share insights, spot trends, and continuously improve processes - all while delivering empathetic, professional, and customer-focused service.
The ideal candidate enjoys making a positive impact, has experience in financial services or customer support (arrears experience is a bonus), and can confidently balance compassion with accountability. Excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
