We are hiring a Change and Communications Lead to support the rollout of a major SAP transformation. This role is key in managing change impact, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications across the business.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute change management and communication strategies across project phases

Engage with business leaders, teams, and users to build awareness and buy-in

Create high-impact content: newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and training support

Monitor change readiness and adjust plans as needed

Proven experience leading change and communications in transformation projects

Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Exceptional communication and influencing skills

Experience with SAP rollouts or similar enterprise-wide programmes is a plus
