A respected Tier 1 Construction contractor are looking for an experienced Document Controller to support in the Cardiff areas and surroundings
This is a great opportunity for someone detail-driven and highly organised to play a key role in maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency across all project documentation in a busy and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Document Controller
-Manage all aspects of a document control including technical drawings, project documents, and commercial correspondence.
- Ensure document formats comply with company standards and templates.
- Maintain full traceability of document revisions and changes
- Set up and manage O&M manual compilation and submissions
- Support site and office teams with consistent document management practices
Requirements of a Document Controller
- Previous experience in a Document Controller role
- Proficiency with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Confident using spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office applications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
- Full UK Driving licence - regular site travel in the Cardiff area required.
