Cameron James Professional Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a renowned market leading estate agency branch in Cardiff to recruit a skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and leverage a steady stream of high-quality leads generated by the agency's extensive client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals, assess their needs, and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice.
• Mortgage & Protection Sales: Successfully sell a wide range of mortgage and protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
• Lead Generation: The financial services focused team of introducers will generate between 7 - 10 new mortgage leads a week, where as a mortgage advisor you will write 3-4 mortgages a week
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to FCA regulations and industry best practices to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ensure client protection.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to build a loyal customer base and generate repeat business.
• Huge Earnings: This branch will offer the opportunity to bank over £220k per annum in broker, proc fees and life bankings, with our client’s generous commission splits ranging from 10% to 25% PLUS bonuses on threshold targets achieved which resulting in earnings of a whopping £100,000

Essential Skills and Experience:

• CeMAP Qualified: Possess a recognized qualification in mortgage advice, such as CeMAP or equivalent.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a successful history of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of a wide range of mortgage products, lender criteria, and protection policies.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner, building trust and rapport.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favourable terms for clients and build strong relationships with lenders.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work, ensuring compliance and minimizing errors.

• Competitive Salary: A competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, including a car allowance.
