Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Cardiff to join our client, the travel insurance specialist for customers with pre-existing medical conditions.

You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, offering guidance, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer journey.

The salary for this position is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8.30am - 8pm and 1 in 4 weekends, Saturday or Sunday
  • Contract Type: Permanent

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat

  • Handling complaints empathetically and effectively, striving for complete customer satisfaction
  • Using live chat and other digital platforms to support and guide customers in real time
  • Communicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions
  • Demonstrating a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and enhancing the customer experience

  • You should be an excellent communicator, being articulate in both written and verbal communication
