Customer Service Advisor - 1 month contract with potential for extensions

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs and maintenance issues- listening carefully, asking the right questions, and making sure every job is raised accurately and efficiently. Whether it's booking basic repairs or escalating complex cases to the scheduling team, you'll be the calm, capable voice that helps people feel heard and supported.

You'll work closely with contractors, trade teams and schedulers to keep things moving and ensure repairs are completed on time. It's a busy, office-based role where your ability to triage, problem-solve and advocate for customers will make a genuine impact.

About you

You'll thrive here if you've worked in a contact centre or customer service role before, specifically in housing, repairs or maintenance. You'll need strong admin skills, a good grasp of building repairs, and the confidence to challenge processes when needed. Most importantly, you'll care deeply about doing right by people and keeping promises.
