Customer Service and Sales Agent

Yolk Recruitment is working exclusively with a reputable and client-focused residential conveyancing team in Cardiff who are on the lookout for a motivated and customer-centric and sales focused quotations advisors. If you enjoy speaking with people, helping them make informed decisions, and delivering a top-tier experience from first contact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the quoting process and setting the tone for the high-quality service they can expect.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from prospective clients requesting conveyancing quotes

  • Delivering accurate, timely and clear information about services and pricing

  • Making proactive outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and outstanding quotes

  • Accurately inputting client details into the system and maintaining internal databases

  • Occasionally covering the reception desk during lunch breaks or staff absences

  • Building trust and rapport with clients to convert interest into business

The Experience You'll Bring
  • Strong customer service background, ideally with sales or conversion experience

  • Confident in handling objections and supporting customers through decision-making

  • A friendly, professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • An understanding of the conveyancing process is an advantage-but not essential

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and confident with data entry tasks
