We are seeking a Data Administrator with outstanding Excel skills and a strong comfort level with data management. This role involves collating and auditing Excel sheets containing sensitive information such as names, salaries, and corporate benefits in preparation for an upcoming external tax audit.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collate various data sets into comprehensive Excel sheets.
  • Conduct thorough audits of Excel data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and organise data for external tax audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with the finance and HR departments to gather necessary data.
  • Implement data handling and confidentiality protocols to safeguard information.
  • Utilise advanced Excel functions to streamline data management processes.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in data in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Data Administrator or similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in data collation and auditing for compliance or audit purposes.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
