Do you have experience working in a ventilation or building services environment? Do you have experience working as a BIM Engineer?
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a client of mine for a BIM Engineer. As a BIM Engineer, you will work collaboratively on design projects to see them through from cradle to grave. You will work in a mixture of disciplines - 3D modelling, 2D AutoCAD, and Revit to ensure successful design processes. My client are leaders in the ventilation industry and are looking to grow their expansive team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the design team to oversee the process from cradle to grave.
- Assist clients in developing 3D models and attend design meetings with other contractors and designers to create detailed design plans.
- Update BIM component library accordingly.
- Review documentation and update these in accordance with design specifications to ensure pre-construction and projects teams are informed throughout the duration of the project.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Experience working within a similar industry, ideally ventilation or building services.
- Experience using document sharing sites to submit and review projects accordingly.
