Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through effective communication via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Sales Support: Provide comprehensive product information, quotations, and support to customers in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to proactively address customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the external sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and continuity in meeting customer demands.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, contributing to the overall sales strategy and performance analysis.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service B2B role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and customer follow-up.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
