As a People Governance Executive, you'll be part of a vibrant, growing team that tackles some of the most exciting people-related challenges, think Global Employee Mobility, Internal Fraud, Employee Data Privacy, and more. You'll get the chance to shape how governance works across the entire People function, all while keeping things compliant, controlled, and forward-thinking.
Whether you're a governance guru or just someone who loves to dive deep into detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture, this is a chance to stretch your skills and influence change at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Governance Management: Help shape and run the people governance frameworks. Oversee and test controls to ensure they match up with policies, procedures, and standards.
Risk Radar: Proactively identify and track people-related risks. Help create and roll out strategies to keep risk under control before it becomes a problem.
Consult & Influence: Be a trusted voice for senior stakeholders, guiding and supporting them to make informed governance decisions and embed a healthy risk culture.
Reporting & Insights: Crunch the data and turn it into compelling reports and stories. You'll highlight trends, flag risks, and offer insights that drive smart decision-making at committee and board level.
Policy Pro: Align policies to wider frameworks and manage activities like Conflict of Interest and Whistleblowing. Keep things tight, tidy, and transparent.
Industry Watchdog: Keep an eye on the outside world, monitor trends in governance, risk, and compliance, and bring that knowledge back to the team with actionable recommendations.
