You will be responsible for shaping a long-term commercial strategy, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and developing a high-performing team. Your leadership will drive portfolio performance, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic commercial roadmap
- Lead, coach and develop a dynamic sales and marketing team
- Optimise account segmentation, targeting and pricing strategies
- Expand customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
- Align cross-functional teams to support revenue and growth targets
- Contribute to broader business strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team
Profile
The successful candidate will be a Sales & Marketing Director within Medical Device or related healthcare industry. In addition you will have:
- Proven track record in revenue growth and portfolio development
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, digital marketing and product launches
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience desirable
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Full UK driving licence
