- Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
- Build trusted relationships with employees and line managers to support a positive employee experience.
- Support and coach managers through HR processes in a confident, clear, and consistent manner.
- Manage a high volume of casework, ensuring timely and legally compliant resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to support organisational priorities and workforce planning.
- Have recent, hands-on experience in a HR Advisor role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Be confident in managing a high volume and varied ER caseload independently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and managing competing priorities.
- Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards it (desirable but not essential).
