ur client is a well-established and highly regarded Wealth Management firm, who we have worked closely with for nearly 10 years. They have enjoyed sustained growth over that time, through acquisitions and organic growth. As a result of this, they are now looking for additional support for their growing Financial Advisor base and have created a new role for an experienced Manager to help support new and existing Financial Advisors with their ongoing development and business strategies. Duties will include,

- One to one mentoring and support of Advisors- Setting and reviewing annual business plans, budgets and targets- Recruitment and annual appraisals- Ensuring personal development plans are in place- Assisting with business strategy and developing new business streams - Maintaining company standard and ensuring all work is FCA compliant- Project work to include supporting the Senior Management team with strategic policy- Building strong professional local introduced connections

This is an excellent role for someone with a solid track record of sales within the Private Client Wealth Management space, that is looking for a more autonomous role, where they can make a real deference within an organisation. You will need to be at least level 4 Diploma qualified and have a demonstrable record of success of managing Financial Advisers, to be considered for this role. You will be working closely with the heads of all major departments within the organisation as well as the Senior Management team, so you must be confident in your approach and have excellent interpersonal and representational skills and not be afraid to challenge the current status quo. In return for this, you will be offered a high degree of autonomy and a very rewarding role, where you will be instrumental in the growth and expansion of the firm. The role has the added advantage of being part home and part office based.
