Probate Solicitor / Partner - 7+ PQE - Cardiff Central
A highly regarded practice with offices in Cardiff is currently seeking a Probate Solicitor / Partner with at least 7 years’ post-qualification experience to join its well-established practice in Cardiff.
As a Probate Lawyer, you will manage and oversee a varied estate administration caseload from start to finish, with a strong focus on client care.
You will collaborate with various departments across the firm, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, IT literate, and detail-oriented, with a thorough understanding of probate and estate administration principles.
In addition, you should have experience managing and running your own caseload. Full STEP membership would be advantageous but is not essential.
