Private Client Solicitor Cardiff

One of Cardiff's most highly regarded and established law firm are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor. The role involves a diverse private client caseload including wills, probate, LPA's, Court of Protection, trusts, and estate administration. The successful candidate will work within a supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities for professional development.

The role involves a range of private client matters, including but not limited to:

  • Drafting wills
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Power of Attorney (LPA)
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Trust administration
  • Estate planning
  • Probate disputes
  • Managing a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answering and making client calls
  • Opening, running, and closing files

We’re seeking individuals who:

  • Experience in Wills, Probate, and Estates Law
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Qualified lawyer with relevant certifications
  • Experience in a law firm or legal setting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
