Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Office based with hybrid working after probation

About the Role
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Cardiff is seeking a driven and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to take a lead role within a department and build a long-term career with progression into a head of department role. You will be given the autonomy to handle your own caseload and the opportunity to shape and develop the private client offering within the firm.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and LPAs.
• Advising clients on all aspects of private client law with a practical and sensitive approach.
• Working independently and making strategic decisions for the department.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to business development and marketing activities.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE.
• Be a self-starter with the confidence to work independently.
• Have strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
• Be eager to grow your career and take on a leadership role.
• Possess excellent client care and communication skills.
