One of Cardiff's most highly regarded and established law firm are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor.The role involves a diverse private client caseload including wills, probate, LPA's, Court of Protection, trusts, and estate administration.The successful candidate will work within a supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities for professional development.
The role involves a range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
- Drafting wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Power of Attorney (LPA)
- Court of Protection matters
- Trust administration
- Estate planning
- Probate disputes
- Managing a variety of administrative tasks
- Answering and making client calls
- Opening, running, and closing files
Were seeking individuals who:
- Experience in Wills, Probate, and Estates Law
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Qualified lawyer with relevant certifications
- Experience in a law firm or legal setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
