A prestigious Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer, Associate, or Senior Associate to join its growing Cardiff office. This is a key hire within a thriving team, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the department's strategic growth, working alongside a nationally recognised expert in residential property.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a high-quality caseload spanning the full spectrum of residential property transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • New build transactions

  • Remortgages and transfers of equity

  • Lease extensions and enfranchisement

  • High-value and complex residential matters

You will be instrumental in expanding the firm's presence in the Cardiff market, supported by an established internal network and strong referral streams.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing

  • Demonstrable experience handling a broad caseload with minimal supervision

  • A strong understanding of the Cardiff property market

  • Excellent client care and communication skills

  • A collaborative approach and commercially minded outlook
