The Role

You'll act as the key support to Partners and Associates across the Employment practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier client service.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing diaries, travel, and inboxes for senior lawyers
  • Preparing legal documents and client correspondence
  • Coordinating billing and financial admin (including drafting narratives and following up on payments)
  • Liaising with clients, often being their first point of contact
  • Supporting with events, marketing activity, and seminar preparation
  • Assisting across offices and stepping in to help others when needed

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Legal Secretary or Legal PA role (Employment or Litigation exposure a plus)
  • Confident, professional and approachable communicator
  • Superb organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and a calm, proactive approach
  • Experience using legal systems such as iManage, time recording, and billing platforms is advantageous
