As a hands-on Site Manager, you'll lead local teams on high-quality M&E projects all within South Wales, meaning no staying away. This role offers excellent scope for career progression, making it ideal for someone with strong site management experience looking to progress in their career with no ceiling holding them back.This company has gone from strength to strength each year and now requires a Site Manager to help deliver projects on time and on budget.

Your Role as Site Manager will include:

* Delivery of overall construction and onsite team management

* Site inductions

* Responsible for H&S and tool box talks

* Insuring high standard, quality & punctuality of projects

The successful Site Manager will have:

* Relevant background in renewables, construction, electrical or similar

* Solar, BESS or energy distribution experience is desirable

* SMSTS
