Role & Responsibilities:
As Service Manager you will lead the service operations. This pivotal role involves managing a team of field-based service engineers and office-based administrative staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance, compliance, and customer service.
- Lead and manage a team of service engineers and office-based admin staff
- Coordinate service schedules, planned maintenance, and emergency call-outs
- Oversee customer service delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitor KPIs, service performance, and client satisfaction
- Manage internal workflows, documentation, and reporting systems
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of service contracts, SLAs, and compliance documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Service Manager role
- Background with service and sales
- Ideally have worked within a facilities, M&E or fire alarm systems background
- Strong people management skills
