Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll implementation
- Ensure payroll processes are in compliance with legal regulations
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline operations
- Implement payroll processing solutions for enhanced efficiency
- Address any payroll-related issues and queries
- Train team members on payroll system usage and updates
- Monitor payroll system to ensure accurate and timely processing

Profile
A successful Payroll Implementation Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Some experience/knowledge in how to manage global or outside UK payroll implementation projects.
- Solid background in Accounting & Finance.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, processes, regulations and software (experience with Neeyamo is a plus, as is Workday).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.

- Competitive salary of approximately £250 GBP - £400 GBP per day + holiday pay (dependent on experience & skills)
