The FirmOur client is a leading, rapidly expanding and highly reputable consumer credit firm based in Cardiff.The TeamAs part of this planned expansion they require a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.The roleReporting to an exceptional, first-class Head of Compliance Monitoring, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading a programme of Monitoring activity in order to produce accurate, complete and insightful Monitoring reports.
  • Playing a key role in the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan and therefore should be highly organised.
  • Leading second line of defence assurance reviews in accordance with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Delivery of high quality Monitoring reports, suggesting remedial action where required and tracking issues to closure.
  • Input into the production of monthly QA Mi for the Head of Conduct & Compliance Monitoring to review on an ongoing basis.
The Person
  • You should have a good knowledge and experience of Consumer Credit Act and have experience of working with the FCA Handbook, particularly Consumer Credit Rules (CONC), Complaints Rules (DISP) and the over-arching Consumer Duty regulations.
