- Leading a programme of Monitoring activity in order to produce accurate, complete and insightful Monitoring reports.
- Playing a key role in the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan and therefore should be highly organised.
- Leading second line of defence assurance reviews in accordance with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Delivery of high quality Monitoring reports, suggesting remedial action where required and tracking issues to closure.
- Input into the production of monthly QA Mi for the Head of Conduct & Compliance Monitoring to review on an ongoing basis.
- You should have a good knowledge and experience of Consumer Credit Act and have experience of working with the FCA Handbook, particularly Consumer Credit Rules (CONC), Complaints Rules (DISP) and the over-arching Consumer Duty regulations.
