Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading independent pension and trustee company who are looking for a Pension Property Administrator to join their team in Cardiff, Wales on a full -time, permanent basis.

About the role:

As a Pension Property Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of their clients' commercial property investments within their pension schemes. You will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio, managing everything from property purchases to leases, rent collections, and various administrative tasks to client’s specific needs. In this role, you will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all pension property transactions as per regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional communication to clients, always maintaining professionalism.
  • Proactively escalate any issues, backlogs, or breaches to your line manager to safeguard compliance.
  • Ensure timely processing of all client requests, adhering to regulatory timelines and service levels.
  • Support team objectives by collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.

About you:

You should have previous experience in commercial property administration, gained from either a property management or legal background. Experience in financial services is also essential. You should have a strong understanding of pensions administration and UK regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with property management systems is important. You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
