NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South Wales area on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role so you can work 2 days per week from the office in Cardiff and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance while still being part of a team.

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

• The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a manageable caseload of 10 - 12 foster families
• The foster carers are located mostly around the Cardiff area, with a few towards Bridgend, Merthyr and Chepstow.

Requirements:

• you are an experienced Social Worker
• you have experience in fostering
• you drive
