The Role

As a Health Coach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting jobseekers to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment. Day to day, you will:

  • Manage a caseload, carrying out tailored needs assessments and action plans

  • Coach and motivate individuals to build job-seeking confidence and skills

  • Support with CV writing, interview prep, and job applications

  • Engage with local employers to create meaningful opportunities

  • Provide in-work support to ensure lasting job success

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to widen access to services

  • Track and monitor customer progress with accurate records

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in coaching, mentoring, or delivering IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance)

  • Empathetic, resilient, and motivated by helping people succeed

  • Skilled in working in a performance-driven environment

  • Knowledgeable about local job markets and recruitment practices

  • Qualified to Level 3 IAG (or willing to work towards it)

  • Organised, with strong time management and communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools

  • A Welsh speaker (desirable)
