The Role
As a Health Coach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting jobseekers to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment. Day to day, you will:

Manage a caseload, carrying out tailored needs assessments and action plans

Coach and motivate individuals to build job-seeking confidence and skills

Support with CV writing, interview prep, and job applications

Engage with local employers to create meaningful opportunities
-
Provide in-work support to ensure lasting job success

Collaborate with internal and external partners to widen access to services

Track and monitor customer progress with accurate records
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in coaching, mentoring, or delivering IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance)

Empathetic, resilient, and motivated by helping people succeed
-
Skilled in working in a performance-driven environment
-
Knowledgeable about local job markets and recruitment practices
-
Qualified to Level 3 IAG (or willing to work towards it)

Organised, with strong time management and communication skills
-
Confident using Microsoft Office tools
-
A Welsh speaker (desirable)
