- Temporary Accommodation to assist with relocation
- Closed Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays - a 4-day working week.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Precise food preparation and quality control.
- Contributing to innovative menu development to a Michelin star level.
- Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff.
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Effective problem-solving and cost control.
We're looking for a Sous Chef with:
- Proven experience at a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin Star level.
- A passion for high quality food, and a drive to work within a team of highly skilled chefs.
