  • Proven track record in credit control, with the ability to manage processes confidently.
  • Familiarity with credit agencies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
  • Competency in Excel and Outlook; SAP Business One experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of your own ledger.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure timely payments, contributing to both individual and team targets.
  • Accurately allocate incoming payments to customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, nationwide branches, and external stakeholders to efficiently resolve any issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, addressing concerns or forwarding them to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain a detailed, up-to-date ledger, following company guidelines on potential bad debts.
