Hey there! Looking for a flexible, part-time gig where you can make a real difference? We're searching for a compassionate and fun support worker to join our team and help a young person in Carlisle. Think 15 hours a week, supporting them with daily life skills, a little bit of tutoring (basic maths and literacy), and generally being an awesome person to hang out with.
Experience1+ years;
Mentor/TA experience/Experience with SEND children is highly preferred
Skills- Experience working with SEND and challenging behaviours
- Patience and a positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport easily
- Bonus points if you're into gaming (especially Minecraft!)
