Berry Recruitment are looking for 2x HGV Class 2 Drivers for our well established client based in Nottinghamshire,
Pay rate: 15.85 per hour
Hours: 7am - 5pm
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday
Location: Nottinghamshire
As a HGV Driver within refuse collection, you will be required to:
- Drive to planned collection locations
- Complete daily checks of the vehicle as per the driver operator handbook
- Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date and submit daily
- Comply with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of loads
- Supervise the team
- Ensure that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up
You will also be required to hold:
- A valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
- A driver CPC
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to undertake tasks
- A can do attitude and strong time management skills are also key
- Being a team player is key to ensure collections run smoothly
