Following a £250,000 investment in a state-of-the-art kitchen, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a brand-new, modern environment under an experienced and inspiring Head Chef. With high volumes and high standards, this is a great chance to build on your skills and be part of something exciting.
What You’ll Do:

Work alongside the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality food

Take responsibility for your own section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to specification

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Support junior kitchen staff and help foster a positive kitchen culture

Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a kitchen role or similar within a busy kitchen environment

A passion for cooking and a strong work ethic

The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of food hygiene

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
