We are looking for a Chef with recent experience within a professional kitchen environment in a Sous Chef position, where fresh produce was utilised. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate and eager to contribute to a menu that respects tradition while embracing innovation.
Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
This role does provide accommodation, so you must be able to relocate to site or reliably commute.
You will need:
- Experience as a Sous Chef, in a professional kitchen
- The desire to grow your knowledge and skills
- A full British passport or the right to work in the UK, this role does not provide sponsorship
- Able to reliably commute or reloacte to site, accomodation available
- To be a team player who is adaptable
- Proficiency in maintaining high standards
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation
- Engage in daily storage and inventory management
- Support other kitchen staff during peak times
