We are so excited to be working with an exceptional gastropub known for its bold, ingredient-led cooking and relaxed yet elevated dining experience. They are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Chef De Partie with experience in high-quality gastropubs, 1 to 2 AA Rosette restaurants or above, or a luxury 4/5-star hotel to join their kitchen brigade.
Youll be working alongside a talented team who are serious about flavour, seasonality, and pushing for excellence on every plate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie who is ready to step up, or a Senior Chef De Partie looking to hone their craft in an ambitious and well-respected kitchen.
You will need your own mode of transport due to the location.

- £35,000 per annum plus circa £8,400 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie
- Running a section with confidence and consistency during busy services
- Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to maintain the highest culinary standards
- Contributing ideas for daily specials and seasonal menus
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive, focused kitchen culture
- Upholding exceptional levels of hygiene and kitchen organisation
