The Burford Recruitment Company is delighted to be working with a prestigious client near Lechlade to recruit a Chef de Partie to join a talented and dynamic kitchen brigade. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef who thrives in a high-end culinary environment and takes pride in producing beautifully presented, seasonal dishes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard within your section

  • Take full responsibility for your section during service

  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in line with hygiene standards

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations

  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff

  • Contribute new ideas for dishes and menu enhancements

  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure exceptional service during busy periods and special events

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or private household

  • A genuine passion for quality cuisine and fresh, seasonal ingredients

  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to consistently exceed expectations

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable)
