My Castleford based client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly, fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a real difference every day.

Monday-Friday fully office based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service via Phone and Email always providing a positive experience.
  • Handle orders, returns, complaints, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery, pricing, invoice, and account queries.
  • Manage customer complaints, including late, incorrect, or faulty orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
  • Support the sales team by managing service-related tasks.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and contribute to improvements.
  • Prioritise workload to consistently meet customer expectations and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure all customer and financial information is handled confidentially and securely.
