Key Responsibilities:- Audio typing of letters, emails, reports, and other key documents
- Attending meetings, taking and distributing minutes
- Managing emails and diaries for internal and external meetings
- Creating professional PowerPoint presentations
- Handling invoicing using Sage Coretime (training provided)
- Managing general office tasks, including facilities and stationery ordering
- Answering calls, handling queries, and managing messages
- Maintaining electronic filing systems and supporting archiving processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)
- Audio-typing skills and attention to detail
- Professional and approachable telephone manner
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise tasks
- A strong standard of written English and communication skills
