Are you a highly organised Administrator with experience in fast-paced office environments? A leading professional services business in North Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Administrator to support its existing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing, dynamic team in a role that offers variety and room for personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audio typing of letters, emails, reports, and other key documents
  • Attending meetings, taking and distributing minutes
  • Managing emails and diaries for internal and external meetings
  • Creating professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Handling invoicing using Sage Coretime (training provided)
  • Managing general office tasks, including facilities and stationery ordering
  • Answering calls, handling queries, and managing messages
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems and supporting archiving processes
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)
  • Audio-typing skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise tasks
  • A strong standard of written English and communication skills
