- Wills and Estate Planning
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Drafting Deeds of Variation
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Contentious Probate
- Trusts and Probate matters
Candidate ProfileThe ideal applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong technical ability across all areas of Private Client law
- Proven experience managing or supervising a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Organised, approachable and empathetic nature
- Good IT proficiency including CMS, Outlook, Word and Excel
- A proactive and friendly attitude with a desire to support the growth and marketing of the department
