The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a strategically minded and qualified Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies, enhancing performance, and driving innovation across a diverse product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design
- Engage with the production team to future-proof designs
- Contribute ideas that keep the company ahead of its competitors.
- Maintain clear communication across engineering and production teams
- Support testing and validation processes on-site
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- Background in the manufacturing industry
- Strong awareness of product portfolios and market trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
