Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Handle all internal & external engineer enquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues promptly.
  • Build deep expertise in our full range of technology products and offer phone-based support to installing customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
  • Manage return requests by inspecting, testing, and repairing hydraulic and electromechanical motors, control panels, and other returned technology components from installing customers.
  • Provide technical assistance to both field and internal sales teams in response to their information requests.
  • Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless problem-solving.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of equipment as required.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to improve support quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and customer service standards.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in engineer technician trouble shooting.
  • Avid eye for technical problem solving & keen ability to handle products during refund & repairing process
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of automated systems or related technologies.
  • A proactive approach to learning new products and technologies.
  • Educational qualifications in a technical or engineering-related field.
