Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
- Handle all internal & external engineer enquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues promptly.
- Build deep expertise in our full range of technology products and offer phone-based support to installing customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Manage return requests by inspecting, testing, and repairing hydraulic and electromechanical motors, control panels, and other returned technology components from installing customers.
- Provide technical assistance to both field and internal sales teams in response to their information requests.
- Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless problem-solving.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of equipment as required.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to improve support quality.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and customer service standards.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in engineer technician trouble shooting.
- Avid eye for technical problem solving & keen ability to handle products during refund & repairing process
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Knowledge of automated systems or related technologies.
- A proactive approach to learning new products and technologies.
- Educational qualifications in a technical or engineering-related field.
