Reach Forklift Driver – Chard
Location: Chard Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Forklift Driver to join our client’s busy warehouse team based in Chard.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, load, and unload pallets safely and efficiently within the warehouse. This role will also involve some manual handling and handballing of products, so a good level of physical fitness is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach forklift truck in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload vehicles and move stock within the warehouse
- Support general warehouse operations when required
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid and in-date Reach Truck licence (essential)
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
