Packing Line Leader

Great opportunity to work as a Packing Line Leader for our client's manufacturer of soft cheese.

Staffline is recruiting for Packing Line Leaders in Chard.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 7am to 3pm

The rate of pay is £14.30 per hour with a shift allowance for working Saturday or Sunday and overtime paid at 1.5 times basic rate.

Your Time at Work

As a Packing Line Leader your duties will be to supervise a cheese packing line to ensure that the cheeses are correctly cut (if required), packed, weighed and coded in an efficient manner against packing schedule and to comply at all times with current food hygiene regulations, food safety & quality standards and product specifications.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Packing Line Leader will be a team worker, flexible, have organisational decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, written & oral communication skills, numeracy & literacy skills, manual handling skills and have good time management.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
