We are seeking an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk for a temporary role estimated to last about two months. This position is based in Chatham and offers up to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience. Day-to-day of the role:- Processing supplier invoices and reconciling invoice discrepancies.
- Managing the payment cycle and ensuring timely payments of invoices.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files and payment records.
- Assisting with month-end closing processes and reports.
- Collaborating with other finance team members to ensure smooth operation of the finance department.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals.
- Must be immediately available to start.
