Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and follow up on opportunities to grow the client base
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored product and service solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and customer satisfaction
About You:
- Proven experience in sales – B2B or construction industry background preferred
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
