Our client is a well-established manufacturer and supplier of high-performance lubricants and cleaners, with over 40 years of proven success in delivering measurable cost savings to businesses across the UK. Their proprietary technology significantly reduces friction and wear compared to conventional lubricants, offering a distinct advantage to industrial and mechanical operations.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Advisor to join their field sales team – covering Essex, East London and Kent.

The Role

This is a field-based B2B sales role covering the Southeast (primarily Essex, East London & Kent) focused on both new business development and account management. You will receive full product and technical training, plus ongoing support from a team with decades of industry expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Growing your assigned sales territory through strategic prospecting and face-to-face client meetings
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers at all levels
  • Identifying mechanical issues and offering technical solutions using our client’s specialist product range
  • Demonstrating products in real-world applications (on-site)
  • Maintaining and expanding existing accounts through quality support and service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B technical sales experience (industrial/mechanical/engineering environments preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, success-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn – full product training and coaching provided
  • A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to discuss mechanical challenges confidently (training provided)
  • Full UK driving licence
