We're working with a growing company in Chatham looking for a Customer-Focused Engineer Scheduler. This role is perfect for someone with customer service experience who is organised, proactive, and enjoys coordinating people and resources.
What you'll be doing:
- Scheduling and coordinating engineers to ensure customer appointments run smoothly.
- Communicating with customers to confirm visits, provide updates, and answer queries.
- Keeping accurate records on internal systems.
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Problem-solving to make sure engineers and customers have everything they need.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking with customers, engineers, and colleagues daily.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
