Up to £27 per hour for qualified teachers

LT Support are supported a specialist alternate provision with their recruitment of Tutors to raise the level of engagement in education, achievement and attainment of students worked with. You will also support improving the rate of progress and the student’s wellbeing.

• Teaching students and classes of children and young people facing Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenge • Working within community settings to meet the additional needs of students with SEMH • Adapting teaching to improve educational outcomes for students with SEMH • Coaching and modelling good teaching and learning practice for other staff

Ideally you will have knowledge of secondary curriculum and knowledge of safeguarding and SEN.

Not only will you monitor and facilitate the learning of the young person, but you will also be supporting the parents/carer in developing partnerships.
