CRG is seeking a Multi-Trader to work in Maidstone and the surrounding areas across Medway.
Candidates must have their own hand and power tools and should possess strong experience in the industry, ideally with a CSCS card.
The role involves property maintenance and repairs, renovations, extensions, and some carpentry work, including hanging doors and skirting.
The position offers potential for indefinite work for the right candidates, with a salary of £40,000 per year.
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar role is required, and familiarity with wet trades like plastering or plumbing is a bonus.

CRG are looking for a Multi - Traderto work in Maidstoneand surrounding areas across Medway.

You also will need to have your own hand and power tools.

Work will cover residential properties across Medway, including property maintenance and repairs, renovations, extensions and more.

Potential for indefinite work for the right candidates.

Role will include:

Some Carpentry works such as Hanging doors, Skirting, Architrave, etc
Bits of decorating.
Being handy at wet trades, such as plastering or plumbing would be a bonus but not compulsory.
Snag lists.

The right multi trade carpenter will need to have strong experience in the industry and should ideallyhave a CSCS card.
