Sonic Summary

CRG is seeking a Multi-Trader to work in Maidstone and the surrounding Medway areas.
Applicants should have strong experience in the industry and ideally possess a CSCS card.
The role primarily involves 2nd fix carpentry, with some 1st fix work, as well as refurbishment and maintenance of residential properties.
Duties include carpentry tasks like hanging doors and installing skirting and architrave, along with some decorating.
Candidates should have their own hand and power tools, and the position offers a salary of £33,000 per year, requiring at least 2 years of experience.

CRG are looking for a Multi - Traderto work in Maidstoneand surrounding areas across Medway.

You also will need to have your own hand and power tools.

You will be doing mainly 2nd fix Carpentry but some 1st fix too. Mainly refurb / renovationand maintenance work on residential properties.

Role will include:

Some Carpentry works such as Hanging doors, Skirting, Architrave, etc
Bits of decorating.
Being handy at wet trades, such as plastering or plumbing would be a bonus but not compulsory.
Snag lists.

The right multi trade carpenter will need to have strong experience in the industry and should ideallyhave a CSCS card.
